Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Arc Coaching ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using ARC (https://arccoaching.fit) and related coaching services.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, and details submitted through forms (calculator email requests, coaching applications, contact messages, and email sign-ups).

Calculator inputs can be stored on your device in localStorage so tools can prefill. That local profile uses an anonymous ID. You do not need an account to use the calculators.

We also collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (including Google Analytics if configured, and Meta Pixel if configured) to understand which tools are used. We do not send your free-text answers to advertising pixels.

How we use your information

We use your information to show calculator results, email a result when you ask for it, respond to enquiries, deliver requested content and services, send emails you opted into, and improve the product.

Marketing email is optional and separate from requesting a one-time result email. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as email and payment processors) solely to operate our services.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hady@arccoaching.fit. You can also clear this site’s localStorage in your browser to remove the on-device Arc profile.
